Response time
FreePDFCompress is run by a single founder, not a team. Most emails get a reply within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, IST). Complex requests (privacy data deletion, partnership negotiations) may take up to 7 business days.
If your message is urgent or hasn't received a reply within a week, please send a follow-up — sometimes emails get caught in spam filters on either side.
What we cannot help with
- Recovering PDFs you lost — we never store any file, so we can't help retrieve anything.
- Custom PDF compression for individual files — the tool is self-service.
- Tax, legal, or financial advice — we're a software tool, not professional advisors.
